The Staff Affairs Committee is responsible for overseeing recruitment, development, promotion, retention, and compensation of BMA employees, as well as other aspects related to the Bank's Staff Affairs Policy. The Staff Affairs Committee also ensures compliance with the Bank's Corporate Governance Policy and fulfills any duties required by laws, regulations, or delegated by the Board.
