The Marketing Committee has been established to manage, coordinate, and oversee all marketing activities of the Bank. The primary objective of this Committee is to organize and lead the Bank’s marketing programs and to provide effective and continuous feedback regarding the performance and outcomes of these activities.
The objectives and responsibilities of the Marketing Committee are structured within an annual work plan and, following review and approval by the Executive Management and the Committee members, are implemented accordingly.
The Committee ensures that the Bank maintains comprehensive operational marketing programs at both domestic and international levels. It also ensures the implementation of effective communication programs aimed at attracting target market segments, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing the Bank’s reputation and recognition within the community.
Furthermore, the Marketing Committee ensures that all decisions are made in consideration of the internal and external environment of the Bank and in alignment with market developments. In addition, the Committee oversees that business development and marketing activities, in terms of organizational positioning, resources, and access to the Supervisory Board, remain aligned with the Bank’s governance structure and are implemented effectively.
