Bi'al Murabaha Home Appliances Requirement

To obtain financing from the Islamic banking department, the customer must submit the following documents and agree to the following conditions:


  1. The customer's age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 60 years
  2. No objection certificate NOC of customer debt from other institutions (banks and financial institutions)
  3. Two years of work experience and at least 12 months in the current job or 2 years of work experience the in business.
  4. The service period of Afghan Milli e Bank employees should not be less than one year for internal staff.
  5. Customer requires to provide gold or register title deed (Sharai Qabala) as guarantee against requested facility.
  6. The client's current residence address must be officially confirmed by the relevant district attorney.
  7. The financing period is maximum 3 years
  8. The minimum salary of the customer to finance household goods is 40% of the monthly salary
  9. The annual profit rate up to 100,000 (one hundred thousand) AFN is 8% fixed per annum and more than one hundred thousand Afghanis is 7% annual profit rate based on the fixed rate.
  10. The amount of (300) AFN is charged for checking the PCR in system for (Customer and Guarantors).
  11. Customer requires to bring all necessary documents including official referrer letter, ID card, Tazkera, copy of title deed, photo and response any inquiry letter when requested. 
  12. The maximum amount of financing is 500,000 AFN.
  13. Cash guarantee (10) % is collected from customers during purchase as security.
  14. Financial guarantee by two civil and official government employees who have the ability to repay the installments and their pensions will satisfy the fund collection is a basic condition.
