Nomination Committee

The Objectives of the Nomination Committee, is to assist the Board of Supervisors to oversee the nomination and appointment of key personnel of the Bank including BoS members, committee members and key management members.

Committee's Main Roles and Responsibilities
☑ To identify suitable candidates for the Banks’ key positions, such as Committee Members, Board of Management, CEO, Deputy CEO, and other C level staff members.
☑ To determine the key criteria for nominating a Candidate for key position, like candidates past experience, qualification, age, and relevant skills required for the intended job.
☑ To review and recommend the Succession Plan of the Bank to the full Board.
☑ To ensure that Shareholders’ approval is sought for remuneration matters which requires it.
