Dr Ahmad Khalid Hatam has 15 years of experience in legal sector and has served as Consultant with national and international organizations. Throughout his career, he has provided professional and advisory services to multinational organizations, financial and banking institutions, and government entities. He has served as Member of Shariah Board for six years. Dr Hatam has obtained his PhD in Islamic Law and Jurisprudence from the International Islamic University Islamabad and extensively worked on Banking Law, Islamic Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Tax Law, Labor Law, ADR, the Law of Negotiable Instruments and Property Law.

Mr Shirjan Mujahid

Mr Mujahid was born in 1976 having 16 years of experience in IT industry and has served for different government and non-government organizations, in the capacities of Deputy IT Director, IT Manager, IT Expert, and Core Banking Manager. Mr Mujahid has been graduated from the Kardan University and attended many workshop in Software Engineering, System Deployment, Data Migration, and Core Banking. Mr Mujahid was member and key player of Bank conversion from manual to automation and successfully deployed the Core Banking System in BMA.

Mr Hamid Nooryar is an accomplished professional with a distinguished academic background, having earned his Bachelor Degree from the Oxford Brooks University of London. He boasts a multitude of prestigious qualifications including ACCA, CIA, CISA, CISM, and CFE, indicative of his commitment to excellence in his field. With an extensive career spanning 18 years, Mr Nooryar has garnered invaluable expertise in Internal Auditing, having served prominent roles within multinational and international organizations. His tenure includes notable positions such as Chief Internal Auditor in banking sector and Director of Internal Audit in telecommunication sector, where he consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and proficiency in navigating complex audit landscapes.
