Abdul Aziz Babakarkhail

Mr. Abdul Aziz Babakarkhail was born in Nangarhar province of Afghanistan. He has lived in Norway, and worked with different sub national local government agencies in Norway. He has earned a Cand.Oecon (Msc in economics) 1992-1998 from university in Oslo.Mr. BabaKarkhail worked with different governmental and international organizations in Afghanistan. He worked as adviser to minister of Finance in (2003 - 2005), Seconded by Beaning point /USAID.He worked as a senior adviser to DAB`s governor and acting director of monetary policy (2006-2007). Mr.BabaKarkhail worked as senior adviser to head of IDLG (2008-2011), seconded respectively by UNDP and GIZ (German Development agency). He also worked as senior policy and strategy adviser at the ministry of Counter Narcotics (2012-2013) and he also worked as CEO ( chief executive officer ) Pashtani Bank (July 2017 - march 2019 ).

Mohibullah Amini

Muhibullah Amini,Chief Finance Officer, Bank-e-Millie Afghan Mr. Muhibullah Amini is a professional banker, accountant and financial analyst who has previously worked with Da Afghanistan Bank as senior financial risk manager, deputy director risk management department and deputy general director PCR, Mr. Amini joined BMA in 2010 in the capacity of deputy chief internal auditor who was promoted to the Chief Internal Auditor in 2011, he currently serves as Chief Finance Officer of BMA, in addition to serving BMA he is a part time lecturer in university for the past 8 years, delivering lectures on banking, finance, accounting and economics subjects. Mr. Amini has successfully completed Master of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Economics from international Islamic university Islamabad and has attended several seminars, trainings and conferences domestically and abroad on banking, financial management, auditing, risk management, fraud detection and management, banking supervision and etc

Waheedullah Hakimi

Mr. Waheedullah Hakimi Serves as Chief Credit Officer (CCO) at Bank-e-Millie Afghan, he officially was appointed as CCO after receiving the approval of Board of Supervisor of Bank-e-Millie Afghan (BMA) and successfully attaining the approval of Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB). Since April 2016 he has been working as Deputy Chief Credit Officer and remained as Acting Chief Credit Officer. During 2010 - 2016, Mr. Hakimi worked as Credit Disbursement General Manager at Credit Department of BMA, as a Credit Disbursement General Manager, Mr. Hakimi successfully introduced new products and schemes in the Credit Department and brought significant changes in the loan portfolio of BMA. During 2002-2010, Mr. Hakimi worked as acting Chief Operations Officer (COO), Deputy General Manager of Accounting Department, Secretary of Board of Supervisors (BoS) at Bank-e-Millie Afghan. Mr. Hakimi has completed his secondary education in Mohammad Agha High School in Logar province. Then he did his bachelor's degree in economics from Kabul University in 2002. Hakimi has completed Associate Degree in Business Administration Management in Berkeley College, New York, USA in 2010. Moreover, Mr. Hakimi has attended advanced level training in banking both inside and outside Afghanistan. In 2005, Mr. Hakimi worked with Economics Faculty of Kabul University as a part-time lecturer of economics and banking

Sayednoor Ahmad Noori

Born in Ghazni Sayed Noor Ahmad Noori has been graduated from ghazi high school in the year 1385 which by attending the councure exam he has succeeded to economics faculty of Kabul university and was graduated from university in the year 1389 after graduation he has started his career by attending job as credit team leader in BRAC BANK leading by another opportunity through contest he obtained job as BMA’s general manager for Ghazni branch meanwhile BMA recognizes his achievements efficient for the organization and promotes him respectively as Sarai Shahzada branch general manager then as BMA’s main office general manager, foremost his work enthusiasm encourages him to attend another competition contest for Deputy Chief Operation officer post which luckily he succeeds and obtains the promotion not far he receives regulator bank’s approval for the position of chief operation officer . Also he has attended 44th commercial banking training from national finance and banking institute of Pakistan in the year 1394 along with several more banking related training from AIBF though he continues his higher educations of master’s in business administration in lookup of further more opportunities for growth.
