Bank-e- Millie Afghan is the first and foremost bank in Afghanistan, established in 1933. Bank-e- Millie Afghan introduced the banking system in Afghanistan and is enjoying its 77th years of fame, reliance and recognition both inside and out side Afghanistan. The bank initiated its operations on initial assets of AFN 9.6 million (72%) by private entrepreneurs and (28%) by the government. It was fully nationalized by the government in 1976.
In order to reach every Afghan, Bank has implemented successfully the CORE BANKING SYSTEM. 
BMA has currently 15 city branches and 21 provincail branhces. Soon 3 more branches in differenet provincse will be inagurated.

Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

 Managing and directing all employees of the credit department 
 Directly Reports to Chief Credit Officer.
 Coordinates activities in accordance with established policies and procedures in the absence of the Chief Credit Officer, acts in the CCO place.
 Collecting reports about overall credit activities from related departments’ managers. 
 Insuring sound lending policies are being followed as set out in the Credit Procedures and Policy Manual.
 Reviews all loan applications/credit files for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting to the Credit Committee and to BOS and may serve as a voting member in the Credit Committee.
 Any other identical task as assigned by the respective supervisor/s.

 Strong financial and analytical skills
